As I reflect on my path, I see how every chapter, from the pain to the breakthroughs prepared me to step fully into my calling as a healer and guide.

I’ve always been deeply sensitive and attuned to the emotional energy around me. From childhood struggles with self-worth and body image, to years of navigating depression, disconnection, and self-sabotage, my journey has been anything but linear. In college, I found myself lost in cycles of an eating disorder and unhealthy relationships that dimmed my light and left me searching for something more.

Over a decade ago, everything began to shift. After ending a long-term relationship and moving across the country, I found myself in a season of deep change. I was unsure of who I was, but that’s when healing found me. A chance encounter with a Reiki Master changed everything. Though I didn’t fully understand what Reiki was at the time, the energetic shift I felt after one session cracked something open in me… and I’ve never looked back.

What began as a personal healing journey became a soul calling.

​

Reiki helped me return to myself, release the emotional weight I carried, and begin to truly love the person I am. Over time, I became certified in Holy Fire® III and Karuna® Reiki, and began sharing this healing energy with others. But the path didn’t stop there, the more I healed, the more my gifts came online.

As my path continued to unfold, I was called into the Akashic Records and it felt like a homecoming. The wisdom, clarity, and soul-level healing that emerged through past life insight, inner child work, and the release of karmic imprints unlocked a new layer of my purpose. I became certified in the Akashic Records and began integrating them into my client sessions, where they now serve as a powerful gateway for transformation.

Today, my work has evolved into multidimensional healing that supports you on every level: physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic. I blend Reiki, Akashic insight, sound healing, light language, timeline release, chakra recalibration, and intuitive channeling, guided entirely by your spirit team and what your soul is ready to receive.

 

No two sessions are ever the same. I don’t follow a formula, I follow the frequency.

My intention is always the same: to hold a safe, sacred space where you can soften, release, and return home to yourself.
